We are equipped with a range of modern CNC controlled folding presses able to handle both large and small components. Our latest addition, the Bystronic Xpert Pro, has a 320+ tonne capacity that enables us to fold materials with thicknesses up to 20mm and part lengths of 4.0M. Our facility is fully equipped with an extensive range of press brake tooling and cranes, providing us with the flexibility and repeatability to accurately laser cut and fold your components to specification.
By having both laser cutting and folding capabilities in-house, we are able to streamline the production process, saving valuable time and costs. These savings can then be passed on to you, resulting in lower product costs and quicker delivery times. Our integrated approach ensures efficiency and precision in manufacturing, ultimately benefiting our clients.
